- Communications: the messages you exchange with us.
- Basic website data: standard analytics and, where you arrive from an ad, an advertising click identifier, used to understand where enquiries come from.
How we use it
We use your information solely to provide the Services: to assess your suspension, prepare and file appeals, communicate with you, and improve our work. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Confidentiality
The details of your account and case are treated as confidential and shared only with the personnel working your case, and with Google as necessary to pursue your appeal on your behalf.
Data retention
We keep case information only as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
