These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReinstateAds website and the consulting services we provide ("Services"). By requesting an audit or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we do
ReinstateAds provides specialist consulting to help advertisers appeal and seek reinstatement of suspended Google Ads and Google Merchant Center accounts. We analyze your suspension, prepare appeal materials, and assist with communications. We are a consulting service only.
2. Free audit
Our initial account audit is provided free of charge and without obligation. The audit is our honest assessment of your situation; it is not a guarantee of any outcome, and we may decline to take on cases we believe are not winnable.
3. Fees
Paid engagements are quoted as flat fees before any work begins. You will always know the price and scope before you authorize work. Fees are due as set out in your engagement.
4. Money-back guarantee
If we accept your case for a paid reinstatement engagement and your account is not reinstated, we will refund the fees you paid to ReinstateAds for that engagement, subject to the conditions communicated to you in writing at the start of the engagement. The guarantee covers our fees only; it does not cover third-party costs or lost advertising revenue.
5. No guarantee of reinstatement
We do not and cannot guarantee that any account will be reinstated. All reinstatement decisions are made solely by Google at its sole discretion. We provide professional effort and expertise, not a guaranteed result. Anyone promising guaranteed reinstatement is not being truthful.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your account, business, and the circumstances of your suspension. You confirm that you are the rightful owner of, or are authorized to act on, the account in question. Providing false information may prevent reinstatement and voids the money-back guarantee.
7. Lawful use
Our Services are intended to help legitimate advertisers recover accounts and operate in compliance with Google's policies. We do not assist with evading enforcement, creating accounts to circumvent suspensions, or any deceptive or prohibited activity.
8. Confidentiality
Information you share with us is kept confidential and used only to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReinstateAds's total liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees you paid us for the engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost advertising revenue or profits.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
